In recent years Emily has competed in HYROX competitions but the intense training schedule led to exhaustion and so she sought a way of training that complimented - helped with strength & mobility and didn't lead to burnout. Enter Reformer Pilates. This led to her wanting to opening a Reformer and Weights Studio in Thame and as soon as she visited Lopemede she knew it was the perfect location.
